All bills are due on the 15th of each month. Payments made after the 15th will incur a late fee of $25. Payments made after 4:30 on the 20th of the month must include an additional $40 penalty fee.
Disconnection
Payments must be made by 4:30 pm on the 20th of the month to avoid disconnection. If the 20th falls on a weekend, payment must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday.
